New Patients: What You Can Expect

Here's an outline of our procedures for your first visit:

Patient Forms
Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you. We will request you complete a personal health history questionnaire. You can download this from First Visit Paperwork tab on left and bring with you to your appointment the completed paperwork. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your health condition.

Consultation
Next you will have a consultation with Dr. David Butler to discuss your health related problems and concerns. Your first visit is designed for Dr. David Butler to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care is a match for you.

Examination
After your consultation, our Chiropractic Technician will perform a thorough chiropractic examination to determine if chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition.

X-Ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to get a full evaluation of a patient. X-rays help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments themselves. Dr. David Butler will advise you to the need of additional procedures such as x-rays.

Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, you will be asked to schedule an appointment for your Report of Findings. At the Report of Findings, Dr. David Butler will review with you your test results, determine if we found what is causing your symptoms and health concerns, and help you determine if we can help you or not.
